Question and a comment:

I am a blind user and trying to visualize this matrix. In my mind, the setup that came to mind was a two by two table in something like Word, so do you start by mapping out your tasks in this format and label them accordingly in your calendar? I can’t color code; it wouldn’t do me any good, but I’m trying to make sure I didn’t miss a step in how you translate from planning to plotting.

My comment is that I was excited to see writing here from the JotForm CEO! Unfortunately, your service is not really accessible for blind individuals via screen reading software. Any chance you can make this a priority in the coming year? Maybe place this in the Important and Urgetn quadrant? :) You’d be doing a lot better than Medium!
